INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MEALS & SNACKS CY 2026 (EPA)

1. The Municipality of Ginatilan, Cebu, through the GF - Mayor, Agriculture, MSWD, Health & 5% MDRRM Offices and Trust Fund-F/A(Cebu Prov-l. Gov-t.) & NGAs CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Ninety Thousand Five Hundred Only (Php 4,690,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Meals & Snacks CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Ginatilan, Cebu now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within six (6) months after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
