Specifications:
Food items shall be packed in an eco-friendly plastic or paper (coated and laminated) leak-proof container
Spoon and fork shall be provided per pack; with paper napkin
Shall be delivered at Division Office Conference Hall-date of delivery TBA by the end-user
AM Snack: to be served not later than 10:00 AM
Lunch: to be served not later than 12:00 PM and
PM Snack: to be served not later than 3:00 PM
