1. The conduct of the training for three days (Batch 1 & 2) must be in a Hotel & Restaurant.
2. There must be eight (8) breakout rooms.
3. There must be audible sound system with microphones for each breakout rooms and a hotel staff must be available for assistance anytime.
4. The presence of one (1) projector and connectors with white screen is a MUST for each breakout room.
5. The hotel shall provide two (2) rooms- Male & Female for PMT/ Resource Speakers with complimentary breakfast and dinner for Day 1 and 2 that is good for 10.
6. An overflowing water and coffee/ chocolate drink must be available to all breakout rooms.
