1. The Department of Education-Schools Division Office, San Juan City, through the authorized appropriations under Division MOOE, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand and Five Hundred Pesos (PHP 296,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to eligible payments under the contracts for the PROCUREMENT OF MEALS FOR SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES OF SGOD FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
