Description : I. PROJECT TITLE: Basic Life Support
II. OBJECTIVE:
• To equip the participants in first aid who are injured in the event of emergency situation
• To equip the participants with basic knowledge, skills and attitude to perform with confidence basic life support techniques to save lives
• To convey helpful insights needed for recovery and continuity of businesses and operations of the tourism industry

III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT FOR SUPPLIER
• Submission of eligibility requirements, to wit:
A. Valid Business Permit
B. Proof of Valid Business Registration Certificate ie DTI / SEC/CDA
C. PhilGEPS Registration Certificate
D. Annual Income Tax Return (preceding year)
E. Omnibus Sworn Statement (Annex C)-CSAP

Requirements: (For strict compliance)
1. Buffet lunch (1 rice and 3 viands (NO PORK)
Note: Steam White Rice, Chicken, Beef or Fish, and Vegetables with bottled drinks.
