I. VENUE
Service Provider for Meals with free use of venue for the meeting with DepEd
Region X Implementing Units (IUs) on February 25, 2025.
II. FOOD AND BEVERAGE
➢ Buffet Meals should include the following (Strictly No Pork):
✓ AM Snacks
✓ Lunch
✓ PM Snacks
✓ Free flowing coffee
III. FACILITIES
➢ FREE USE of the VENUE;
➢ NO ACCOMMODATION;
➢ function room should be able to accommodate 124 participants;
➢ have a complete set-up for the activity (e.g. sound system, microphones,
projector and screen)

VI. Brief discussion why the services to be procured is necessary
The main purpose for this meeting is to establish the correct amount of unpaid
premiums payable to GSIS. Included in this meeting are AAOs and ERF
Handlers from DepEd Region X Implementing Units (IUs).
