The Schools Division Office Mandaluyong, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure Meals for Exploring Stories Through Film Viewing: A Kindergarten Experience on November 17, 2025 with Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of P1,000,000.00 under Section 34, Small Value Procurement of Republic Act No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act.
