The EVSU Burauen Campus, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure of Meals for the EVSU BC Cultural Night and Buraburon Festival of Festivals during the 379th Annual Town Fiesta use in accordance with Sec. 53.9 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184.

Quotations received exceeding the total Approved Budget for the Contract shall be rejected.
