1. The Department of Education Schools Division of Lipa City, through the FY 2024, GAAAO, RA 11975 with Sub-ARO Number RO-4A-25-0111 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos only (Php 1, 220, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Meals for the Capacity Building of Key Stage 1 Teachers Learning Recovery in Literacy and Numeracy-Batch 2 with Project ID No. R4A-LC-2025-05-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DepEd, Schools Division of Lipa City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and Services within the period specified in the Section VI.
