Three (3) breakout/session rooms good for 100-120 participants per room, plus one (1) small room dedicated for the TWG.

Working tables and chairs for all participants, arranged in seminar style.

Built-in LED wall or high-resolution multimedia projector with a large screen (to be set up by the hotel management).

High-quality sound/audio system.

At least four (4) microphones per hall, preferably wireless.

Adequate extension wires and power outlets.

Water dispensers readily available.

Overflowing supply of coffee, chocolate drink, and milk.

Strong and uninterrupted internet connection.

Free use of hotel facilities, equipment, and amenities by participants.

On-call or available medical staff during the activity.

Basic health kits provided.
