INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MEALS AND SNACKS FOR THE VISITORS OF THE LOCAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HILONGOS, through the GENERAL FUND (2025) - REPRESENTATION EXPENSES intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY-SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (₱996,250.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MEALS AND SNACKS FOR THE VISITORS OF THE LOCAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE HILONGOS GF-2024-12-332. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HILONGOS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 300 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
