INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF MEALS AND SNACKS, VENUE, ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITATORS

1. The Municipality of Boljoon, through the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) (SPA CIVIL SERVICE MONTH), intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (P420,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MEALS AND SNACKS, VENUE, ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITATORS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Boljoon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days after the issuance of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 30 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
