Guidelines and Considerations:

A. Water Supply:
Unlimited potable water must be available at all times for participants.
B. Eco-Friendly Serving Practices:
Reusable glassware and Table should be used to minimize waste.
Participants are encourage to bring their own reusable snack containers or drinking tumblers.
C. Coffee Station Set-up:
Coffee Stations must be equipped with cups and saucers.
Use wooden stirrers or reusable teaspoons. Creamer, sugar, and other condiments should be displayed in dispensers and easily accessible.
D. Buffet and Plate service Requirements:
For buffer or plated snacks service, there must be one food server for every 10 participants to assist with serving and portioning.
