The Office of the SAN LORENZO RUIZ GENERAL HOSPITAL, through its Hospital Bids and Awards Committee (HBAC), is duly authorized to conduct NP-Small Value Procurement for the project “Procurement of Meals and Snacks for “National Family Planning Month” under OMP 2025-08-079 in accordance with Section 53.9 of 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, hereby invites all interested suppliers/bidders to offer their lowest government price. The SLRGH, hereinafter referred to as “The Purchaser” now requests the submission of a price quotation for the hereunder project:
