Specifications
Food to be served is nutritious
Provider shall propose menu for meals and snacks
Breakfast shall include plain rice or fried rice and 2 viands
Lunch and dinner shall include: rice, 3 viands (pork, chicken or fish and 1 vegetable viand or soup), 1 dessert (fruit or packed dessert)
Provider shall include overflowing coffee and dispenser with distilled water
Serving time:
Breakfast - 6:00-8:00 a.m.
AM Snack - 9:30 a.m.
Lunch—12:00 nn.
PM Snack - 3:20p.m.
Dinner - 6:00-8:00 p.m.
