  INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF MEALS AND SNACKS FOR THE CONDUCT OF SKILLS TRAINING ON CRISIS MANAGEMENT

  1) The Local Government Unit of Hilongos, through the GENERAL FUND-CURRENT APPROPRIATION- TRAINING EXPENSES-CONDUCT SKILLS TRAINING ON CRISIS MANAGEMENT intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS (PhP599,400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MEALS AND SNACKS FOR THE CONDUCT OF SKILLS TRAINING ON CRISIS MANAGEMENT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Local Government Unit of Hilongos now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF MEALS AND SNACKS FOR THE CONDUCT OF SKILLS TRAINING ON CRISIS MANAGEMENT using the Life Cycle Assessment.
