BIDDER MUST BE PHILGEPS REGISTERED WITH UPDATED 2025 BUSINESS PERMIT IN CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY.
PAYMENT WILL BE MADE UPON FULL AND COMPLETE DELIVERY OF MEALS AND SNACKS.

All food and snacks to be delivered shall be subject to inspection. Any items found to be lacking in quantity, of poor quality, or not in accordance with the agreed specifications shall be returned and must be replaced immediately by the winning bidder at no additional cost to the procuring entity."
