Submit your price quotation, bid Security, PhilGEPS Registration (Platinum), and Omnibus Sworn Statement in a SEALED LONG ENVELOPE (2 sets) per project to the BAC Chairman/Secretariat on or before May 12, 2025 at 9:00 AM at the BAC Conference Room, Tabuk City Hall, Dagupan Centro, Tabuk City.

The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) reserves the right to reject any and/or all quotation or part thereof, or to waive formality therein and/or to accept the quotation as may be considered most advantageous to the Local Government Unit of Tabuk.
