"Main dish (Good for 2 days): Fish tinola, beef steak, buffalo wings, tinolang bisaya na manok, chicken fingers, fish fillet, fresh fruits, water/cucumber juice, rice

Snacks: (good for 2 days AM/PM): tuna sandwich, hamburger, puto maya with mango, halo-halo , fresh fruit/softdrinks/ fruit shake

Venue must be on the ground floor as theres are participants with health and mobilization concerns. Must be well ventilated and have separate rooms for breakaway sessions.
Able to provide projector, projector screen and sound system of good audio quality.
Must have clean bathroom.
Must be able to serve unlimited/flowing coffee
