The Local Government Unit of Victoria through the LGU-Bids and Awards Committee is inviting for negotiation/submission of quotation for PROCUREMENT OF MEALS AND SNACK FOR BASIC COURSE FOR BNS, with a total ABC of Sixty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (Php 68,300.00)

Request for Quotation (RFQ) shall be available at the BAC Secretariat, LGU-Victoria, starting January 13-15, 2025 , 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or can be downloaded at the Philgeps website.

The following requirements shall be submitted for evaluation: 1.) Mayors Business Permit, 2.) Philgeps Registration, 3.) Income/Business Tax Return, and 4.) Omnibus Sworn Statement.

Price quotation and above-mentioned requirements shall be submitted at the BAC Secretariat, LGU-Victoria, Northern Samar, on or before January 16, 2025, 10:00 AM.
