Description : In a hotel within Samar or Leyte area with the following specifications:
• The venue must have at least four (4) session rooms to accommodate breakout sessions.
• The main training hall should be spacious enough to accommodate 254 participants comfortably.
The venue must provide the following facilities:
-Reliable Wi-Fi access
-Air-conditioning units in all rooms
-A functional sound system
-A minimum of two (2) microphones per session room
-With Projector/LED wall
-Overflowing coffee/hot choco and drinking water stations are available throughout the day
• Must have an elevator/ escalator for pregnant women, PWDs, and Senior Citizen participants.
• Rooms must be shared by two 2 participants, each provided with a comfortable bed.
Each room should have:
• Air conditioning
• An attached comfort room (CR) with a shower
