• The main training hall should be spacious enough to accommodate all 87 participants comfortably.
• The venue must provide the following facilities:
-Reliable Wi-Fi access
-Air-conditioning units in all rooms
-A functional sound system
• A minimum of two (2) microphones per session room With Projector/LED wall
-Overflowing coffee/hot choco and drinking water stations are available throughout the day
• Rooms must be shared by two (2) participants, each provided with a comfortable bed.
• Each room should have:
• Air conditioning
• An attached comfort room (CR) with a shower
• Complimentary bottled water, toiletries and internet connection
