Description : DAR Cavite conducts annual assessment of accomplishments to evaluate the status of program implementation in regard to its physical and financial targets for the year. This assessment of accomplishment vis-a vis targets and budget is necessary to measure the performance of individual sectors and the provincial office as a whole.

Towards the end of the year, an assessment will be conducted to determine how far the annual targets in LTSP, AJDP, ARBDSP and STOD are accomplished as well as the budget utilization of the different sectors. The final results of the evaluation will be reflected in the Performance Commitment Review Form (PCRF) of the Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer Il for encoding and submission to the Career Executive Service Board Portal and eventual approval of the Department Secretary. In addition, this activity shall be conducted in preparation for the Regional and National Assessment for the succeeding Calendar-Fiscal Year.
