The PEZA - CEZ, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of ₱ 300,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the “Procurement of Meals for the 2025 CEZ Adopt-A-River Clean-up Project.”

Particulars/Project Specification

Packed meals to be provided to the volunteers during the conduct of the quarterly river clean-up activities of CEZ in line with the implementation of one of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects, the Adopt-a-River project.

1. The Supplier must comply the following delivery schedule:

a. The Supplier shall deliver the required food packs on the actual date of the clean-up activity, the schedule of which will be coordinated by the EHSD personnel in charge with the supplier at least two (2) weeks prior to the said activity.
