In view of two (2) consecutive failed public biddings, the Municipality of Remedios T. Romualdez, Agusan del Norte Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement of Meal and Snacks of Youth for a Drug Free School Symposium on Anti-Illegal Drug Awareness in accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
