Procurement of Meal and Snacks of Youth for a Drug-Free Future: School Symposium on Anti-Illegal Drugs Awareness (RE-POST)

1. The Municipality of Remedios T. Romualdez, Agusan del Norte, through the Peace and Order and Public Safety Funds intends to apply the sum of P112,700.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Meal and Snacks of Youth for a Drug-Free Future: School Symposium on Anti-Illegal Drugs Awareness. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Remedios T. Romualdez, Agusan del Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within seven (7) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
