1. The Municipality of Madridejos, through the Trust Fund-FA (Province of Cebu) intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos and 81/000 (Php 1,999,999.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of materials,supply of labor and rental of equipment for Repair and Improvement of Perimeter Fence Phase II of Madridejos Community College (MCC) at Bunakan,Madridejos,Cebu. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
