1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HILONGOS, through the GENERAL FUND-CURRENT APPROPRIATION-SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 2025-02-SUBSIDY TO LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS (ASSISTANCE TO VARIOUS BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS)-FINANCIAL/MATERIALS ASSISTANCE intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR SUBSIDY TO LGU (ASSISTANCE TO VARIOUS BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS-FINANCIAL/MATERIALS ASSISTANCE) HILONGOS GF-2025-09-230. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
