ITB FOR PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR SCHOOL INTRAMURALS
1. The MABINI NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, CADIZ CITY, through the MOOE Fund CY 2024-2025 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen thousand Seventeen Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Pesos Only (Php 17,360.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2 The MABINI NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, CADIZ CITY, now invites bids for procurement of materials for school intramurals. Delivery of the Goods is on August 2025. Bidders should have completed, within August 2025 from the date on submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
