Procurement of Materials for the Road Concreting
1. The Bids and Award Committee of Brgy. Upper Mahaplag, Leyte, through LGU Financial Assistance intends to apply the sum of PhP 212,950.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Materials for the Road Concreting. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BAC now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Road Concreting to be delivered at the Brgy. Upper, Mahaplag, Leyte. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
