PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR & MAINTENANCE OF LGU TRUCKS AND VEHICLES

1. The MUNICIPALITY of Capoocan, Leyte, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THREE PESOS ONLY (PhP330,103.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR & MAINTENANCE OF LGU TRUCKS AND VEHICLES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY of Capoocan, Leyte, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within FIFTEEN CALENAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
