PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR OF INFRASTRUCTURE ASSETS (PEPAIR/MAIMNTENANCE OF PLAZA)

1. The Local Government Unit of Tiwi, Albay, through the General Fund for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Nine-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Pesos Only (₱499,940.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Materials for the Repair of Infrastructure Assets (Repair/Maintenance of Plaza) with Contract ID No. Goods-2025-27 (PR#1061-25-08-0091) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Tiwi, Albay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
