Invitation to Bid for The Procurement of Materials for the Repainting of Basketball Court

PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE REPAINTING OF BASKETBALL COURT

1. Barangay Guinsangaan , intends to apply the sum of SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS ONLY(PhP 75,220.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Materials of Repainting of Basketball Court at Brgy. Guinsangaan, Bontoc, Southern Leyte. Bids received in excess of the Brgy. budget shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay of Guinsangaan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required fifteen (15) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
