1. The Marinduque Provincial Government, through the 20% DF CY 2025 - Construction / Improvement of Hospital Building / Facility - Rehabilitation of Perimeter Fence, TMH, Torrijos intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO PESOS and 64/100 (P1,089,232.64) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Materials for the Rehabilitation of Perimeter Fence, Torrijos Municipal Hospital, Torrijos, Marinduque. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
