1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY BAGUMBAYAN, TIWI, ALBAY, through the Barangay 20% Development Fund for CY 2024, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIX PESOS (PHP 130,506.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE REBLOCKING/ CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD OF BARANGAY BAGUMBAYAN, TIWI, ALBAY.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2.
