INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF
MATERIALS RE: REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF WATER
SUPPLY SYSTEM
1. The Local Government Unit of San Julian through the General Fund - MOOE/R
and M Water Supply System intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thirty-Seven
Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Nine Pesos & 20/100 Only (Php 337,439.20) being
the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Materials Re: Repair and
Maintenance of Water Supply System with Project No. Jan-2025-041. Bids received
in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of San Julian now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders
should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt
of bids, a contract similar to the Project which is 50% of the ABC of this project. The
