INVITATION TO BID FOR the
Procurement of Materials for Printing of Identification Cards
1. The Province of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund CY 2024 intends to apply
the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos only (4,860,000.00) being the
ABC to payments under the contract for PB-G-2024-12-4772: Procurement of Materials
for Printing of Identification Cards. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Misamis Occidental thru its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for
the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 calendar days
from receipt of the Purchase Order and/or contract. Bidders should have completed,
within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the
Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents,
particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
