1.The MUNICIPALITY of Capoocan, Leyte, through the 20% DF intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN PESOS ONLY (PhP853,297.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ELECTRICAL WIRING SYSTEM AT THE CAPOOCAN GYMNASIUM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The MUNICIPALITY of Capoocan, Leyte, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within FIFTEEN CALENAR DAYS.
