1. The Municipality of Malabuyoc, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos only (PhP132,195.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Materials for the Installation of Electrical Supply for Malabuyoc Public Market with Advertisement Number 2025-031. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
