The Local Government Unit of Tiwi, Albay, through the General Fund for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Nine-Nine Pesos Only (₱457,899.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Materials for the Improvement/Rehabilitation/Repair of Covered Court at Barangay San Bernardo with Contract ID No. Goods-2025-30 (PR#8751-25-08-0129) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
