PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF DAYCARE CENTER Phase II

1. The Local Government Unit of Barangay Libtong, Tiwi, Albay, through 20% Barangay Development Funds CY 2022, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO PESOS (PHP 294,332.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF DAYCARE CENTER Phase II.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Barangay Libtong, Tiwi, Albay, now invites bidders for the PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF DAYCARE CENTER Phase II. Delivery of the Goods is required TEN (10) days after receipt of Purchase Order/Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
