1. The Local Government Unit of Carmen, through the Municipal Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Pesos and 09/100 Only (P711,670.09) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Materials for the Improvement of Carmen Tourism Villa Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Carmen now invites bids for Procurement of Materials for the Improvement of Carmen Tourism Villa Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days upon receipt of PO. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
