Invitation to Bid for

Procurement of Materials for the
Construction of Pathway

1. The Barangay BAGUMBAYAN, Tiwi, Albay, through the Barangay 20% Development Fund for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty Six Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Four Pesos (₱136,654.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Materials for the Construction of Pathway. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay BAGUMBAYAN, Tiwi, Albay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
