1. The Local Government Unit of Carmen, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Nineteen Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Seven Pesos and 77/100 Only (P219,857.77) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Materials for the Construction of Mt. Carmel View Park Comfort Room Re-Bid Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Carmen now invites bids for Procurement of Materials for the Construction of Mt. Carmel View Park Comfort Room Re-Bid Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days upon receipt of PO. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
