The City Government of Lamitan, through the Office of the City Mayor under the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of PHILIPPINE PESO: ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE PESOS. (Php1,831,985.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE AND FENCE AT LAMITAN CITY AGRICULTURAL MODEL FARM, BRGY. BALOBO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
