Procurement of Materials for the Construction of Concrete Bench (Multi Purpose Hall)

1. The Bids and Awards Committee of Barangay Liberacion, Mahaplag, Leyte, through LGU Financial Assistance intends to apply the sum of PhP 72,050.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Materials for the Construction of Concrete Bench (Multi Purpose Hall). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Award Committee now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Construction of Concrete Bench (Multi Purpose Hall) to be delivered at the Brgy. Liberacion, Mahaplag, Leyte. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
