The Barangay Local Government of Barangay Poblacion of Concepcion, Romblon through the 20% Development Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thirty five Thousand Seventy Six Pesos & 59/100 (Php 235,076.59) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Materials to be used for the Improvement of Barangay Plaza of Barangay Poblacion, Concepcion, Romblon/ITB-2025-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
