The Barangay Carnaga, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty One Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty One Pesos & 40/100 (Php 121,931.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR BARANGAY ROAD CONCRETING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, Brgy Carnaga, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte.
