Invitation to Bid for The Procurement of Materials for Barangay Hall Water System
PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR BARANGAY HALL WATER SYSTEM
1. Barangay STA. CRUZ, intends to apply the sum of EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY PESOS ONLY(PhP 85,390.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Materials for Barangay Hall Water System in Barangay Sta.Cruz, Bontoc, Southern Leyte. Bids received in excess of the Brgy. budget shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay of Sta.Cruz now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required fifteen (15) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
