The Municipality of Esperanza, Masbate through Grants under DSWD Fund for Supplementary Feeding Program intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Pesos only (₱1,536,000.00.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Materials and Supplies for the Cycle 15 Supplementary Feeding Program for the 24 Child Development Centers of the Municipality of Esperanza, Masbate, with Project Reference Number (PRN) of ESPERANZA-GDS-2025-07-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
